Curated by Californian Chef Vakil, our menu is a mix of Modern American Cuisine & raw Indian flavours. It's what happens when an American Chef meets an Indian "Maharaj", what follows is an array of Indo-American culinary delights, all set to take your taste buds on a roll, what we in other words, call, "REAL TASTE".
In a time where, most of the food we consume is either mass produced or artificially prepared, we have chosen to go a different route. Using ORGANIC fruits, vegetables and dairy whenever possible, our food is natural, free of artificial chemicals & 100% Vegetarian.
We know where are ingredients come from, how they are grown or made and what goes into them. Our chefs are trained to maintain the biological quality of our dishes, which is why we work without the use of microwaves or artificial additives, colorings or flavorings, but with local suppliers and ORGANIC produce, what we in other words, call, "REAL FOOD".
